    I joined the Select Source International (SSI) team 3.5 years ago and am very thankful for being brought into this company. The dedication to SSI and efforts put in daily, not only from our US team, but our off-shore teams in India as well, is inspiring. If you put in the work, you will be rewarded and successful with SSI.
    SSI's management team holds everyone to high standards, yet is always supportive and understanding. This atmosphere contributes to their success, as SSI just celebrated their 25 year anniversary!

    Namrata S was proactive and get your questions answered in a very reasonable time and manner. She’s the only SSI staff who occasionally calls me to say hello and ask anything I need from SSI. She keeps her promises to follow up contract renewal as soon as Abbott inform them of their decision. I highly recommend her to my friends who need assistance in seeking for an employer that you can count on 24 hours a day. I really appreciate SSI as my employer for more than 3.5 years now.     Select Source International onboarding process was seamless. Namrata S, the employer care HR executive sent me reminders of enrollment for my employer-sponsored health insurance and also weekly reminders for my timesheets. There are flexibility of the upper HR management on employment verification for my self-petition immigration application, in order for my employer to not necessarily sponsor my work visa in the future. Outsourcing talent for remote jobs should also have the flexibility of verifying employment for providing compensation for employees with qualifications that meet median salaries posted on publicly accessible websites on employers.
