    We purchased a townhome in ************* 8 years ago.I paid association dues of ****** to ****** per month.This gave me blanket coverage for roof, siding and common grounds coverage.some time during Covid the association management company Personal Touch with the board of home owners, with ************************* without home owner notification in writing dropping blanket coverage for ***********. my standing is that no notification was ever received from the board secretary. if there was a written notification I would like to see it.In May 2022 there was a hail storm.We sold our home on August 1, 2022 and moved to CA.I had $10,00 coverage with State Farm and this was paid to Personal Touch/Associa.We are being told that we owe an additional ***** to associa,Buyers purchased our home with no inspection.We have not received any mail from Personal. Request help to get them to update us.120 townhomes and 50% did not get their insurance updated.requiring them to take out loans to pay or be threated with leans or foreclosures.

    Do NOT use Personal Touch Property Management of *******, **, to manage your ***. We hired them effective 1/1/23. Because they breached their contract, we were able to drop them as of 9/30/23.They are unprofessional, and treated us like we worked for them instead of them working for us. When financial errors were discovered, they always blamed the bank and told me, as the *** officer, to take care of it myself, even though they were hired to take care of financial matters. They do not like to be contacted too often, which might be only 1-2 times in a week, often there was no needed contact for several weeks. And ***********, the owner, would hang up on me after only a few seconds.Our *** NEVER received a monthly financial report, as was required per the contract. That refusal to do reports is what we used as a breach of contract to terminate with them after only 9 months. I had asked for the reports in April, when I had never received them. *******************, their accountant, stated they only do reports quarterly. Even that never happened. The only way I could see what our account looked like was to retrieve a daily activity report from the bank. This ability was removed by Personal Touch 1 month before our termination date. Because of that, I emailed **** to email me a daily report. His response: that I must have a mental disorder and he threatened to call the police on me. Even after a letter from our lawyer saying **** was unprofessional and completely out-of-line and that threatening to call the police was harassment behavior, Personal Touch refused to send me what the lawyer told them I was rightly *********** receive.I could go on, but there is no more space. I would give *********** and Personal Touch a negative star rating if I could.

    This woman is a controlling woman to say this least we were warned about her and should have listened she got exactly what was in the contract which she terminated because the owner that was in her face sold his home.
