    I stayed at Grand Casino ******* INN before Leaving I inquired about making a reservation for Friday November 17th and The Hotel Manager ******* looked up availability for me after taking my players club card information she said they only had 2 rooms left and my Price would be ****** but that I would have to call the reservations line to reserve the room at that rate. I wrote down the price and repeated it back to her along with her name. I called to make the reservation on the phone as I was leaving the lobby. I was then quoted a price of ****** plus tax. I asked to speak to a manager, I than spoke with ******* & was on hold for around 20 to 30 minutes after going back and forth with her I was than told to reserve the room at the higher rate just to make sure it would be available and that someone would call me back the next day and assured me that her Boss would lower the rate. I than was called by a very aggressive Hotel Reservation specialist by the name of ******* to tell me the hotel will not be lowering the rate. she than said she spoke with ******* and that ******* said the rate was 389. so basically calling me a liar. I asked her to pull up the video survellance so she could hear and see the price rate I was quoted. She said she would listen to my conversations with the hotel staff that was recorded on the phone. She called me back agin very hostile and did not want to deal with the situation any longer so she said her Boss and ********************* would have to work it out and call me back. I waited 2 days for a call back did not receive one but had an email from the Inn manager *******. I emailed her my information which they already have and she called and spoke over me and just wanted to tell me they will not lower the rate and she wanted to cancel my room reservation. I did not agree to cancelling my reservation and asked to speak to her manager. I was transferred to a voice mail where I left a message.
