New Review, 16 Feb 2023 As soon as I can find an ************* company that will service my area, I'm done with the games that *** plays. The water base cost is over double the actual cost of our usage. The sewer base is a few bucks over our usage. And since we moved into our house in January 2022, our highest usage was Apr 2022 at 198 which we paid $252.49 for (which isn't even the highest bill we've paid). For our latest bill for Feb 2023 at 194, our bill is $288.21.I wish ********* **************** would expand to the Hibbing area. In the four years that I used them, I was never price-gouged and only paid for that we ACTUALLY used, which was affordable. Now I'm going broke because all of my money is going to gas bills three times more expensive than any other bill I pay outside of my mortgage. An Old Review, 24 Feb 2022 Considering so many customers complain that this company overcharges and are intensely displeased, I'm disappointed yet unsurprised that nothing is being done to correct the situation by anyone within the company or any city officials. They make it abundantly clear that money is their top priority, or else they would have made natural gas prices affordable in a place where temps often fall to 20 below, not to mention the wind chill factors of **************************************** Hibbing won't turn their heaters up over 68 degrees due to not being able to easily afford the bill, let alone being able to afford a bill that would actually keep them warm.
