      The ****************** has sent my name to an agency whom I do not have any contracts with mor do I have any contracts with the original creditor the general in company. I'd like the report removed from my credit report.

      I am not liable for this debt with HIBBING ** OP CREDIT UNION, i do not have a contract with RANGE COLLECTIONS, they did not provide me with the original contract as requested

      2021 back rent owed to a landlord it was filed in court total amount was ******* dollars. i have paid ******* to RCB for this bill as well as it was filed under bankruptcy and was paid. they are saying i still own 1900 dollars and are garnishing my wages

      In regards to her dispute we have reached out to her to address her concerns and have not heard back from her.  We received an email from her on 7/24/2024 with similar complaints.  After looking into her complaints no bankruptcy was ever found to be filed for her.  She also claimed she paid us monies and we still are trying to collect more.  She has had other matters in our office that she has paid on including a judgement to ********************* for case #****FJ000024 that was satisfied,  however this is a separate judgment he was awarded from the Wisconsin courts case#****SC000543 that we are collecting on.  Again we have reached out to her numerous times to address her complaint and disputes and she had also signed a wage assignment with her employer to remit $150 a month rather than a garnishment at her employer.  We took all necessary steps to reach out to her and did a pacer search for her with no bankruptcy being found.

      I have never had a relationship or any business with Range Collections but it is on my credit report that I owe them $1288 and the first delinquency was May 2017. That is absolutely incorrect as I was not in the country during that time or beyond that until 2023 so how could that be me. I am requesting validation that is complete evidence bearing my signature showing that I have or ever have some contractual obligation to pay you. I have never ever been contacted from this company in no way so this is a result of fraud and is not me. This is a violation is the ************ as such this needs to be deleted from my credit report. As this is not my collection in no way or form, this does not belong to me.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      It is still on my credit reporting and I have not heard back from the company to remove it from my credit reporting as the debt is not mine.

      This is the second time this company has attempted to literally steal mine and my husbands money. Everything they have tried to make me pay is well over 10 years old and some have already been paid!
