    Numbers, LLC (***** ********) has completed our individual tax returns for the past few years. We moved from ********* to ********* in 2024 and emailed her on February 12, 2025 to confirm she would still complete our taxes again for 2024. She replied on February 12 confirming that she can still complete our taxes. We uploaded a zip file of our tax documents and the Numbers LLC signed acknowledgement form to the online portal by their required due date on March 25, and sent her an email letting her know the documents had been uploaded. We know she received our files because they were subsequently removed from the zip file and renamed on the portal, and "last modified" by ***** ******** on March 25, . We did not receive any acknowledgement or correspondence from her, which is not unusual from past years. On April 12 we still had not received any communication from her so we emailed her asking about the status. We did not receive a reply. On April 15 when taxes were due we called and left a voicemail requesting a call back about their status and whether we needed to file an extension. We did not receive a reply. She completely ghosted us, and she did not complete our taxes. We still have not heard from her. We are now late on filing our taxes and we are working with another tax preparer to have them completed. We will owe the state of Wisconsin a late fee because of this. Her complete lack of communication and failure to complete our taxes is extremely unprofessional, and we regret going to her with our business. We hope this message prevents others from using her services.
