If I could leave a zero star I would. My boyfriend and I had vinyl flooring for the basement and a vinyl sheet for our basement bathroom installed. The sales guy offered us product options and said if they don't have anything in stock they would let us know. We agreed that if it wasn't in stock they could come at a later date. The flooring installation was terrible no actual proof with photos sent one photo of an area we said was fine. The company then says its our sub flooring that's an issue. Don't say you can fix the flooring to level if you can't. Then they can't do anything they promised in the bathroom. Instead of saying they are out of stock they install a completely different color and product thinking we wouldn't notice. They send a check for 202 dollars for the bathroom out of a job over 4000 dollars I find it hard to believe that the bathroom was 202 dollars. We didn't agree to the check sent haven't cashed it. My boyfriend posts here and the company says he agreed to that. Another lie he did not. Yes it took him time to post after several emails being unanswered and being ignored by them. Who at the bbb is on there payroll that all these complaints meet expectations for the companies response. Just a horrible company. Does 651Carpets stand for liars and scam artists and bbb stand for protect horrible companies and forget the customers. Do not use this company or I'm sure you will regret it.

We are sorry to hear that the customer is still not satisfied. This has already been discussed thoroughly and the customer agreed to the refund that was given for miscommunication of expectation (not actual installation error). The complaints the customer has have been addressed and explained. To slander the company name is unwarranted and unkind. Sorry there is nothing more that can be done

Don’t count on service after installation. I’ve never been treated worse. The problem, which is their fault, still exists. They basically turned their back on us.

Product and installation exactly as promised. Minor touch-up to baseboards will be needed but that was expected going in.

I’m so disappointed with this company!!! I spent thousands of dollars on carpet. It’s falling apart after 7 months of being installed. It’s only my husband and I in our house. We have very minimal traffic in our house. I’ve tried calling them, they told me to take pictures and email them to the manager. I have done everything I can think of to rectify the situation. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME!!! AGAIN VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

651 carpets said lifetime warranty replace vinyl plank floor if any broke or damaged. They installed vinyl plank floor then less two years old floors got broke and cracked. I called them about lifetime warranty to cover repair. They said wanted me to take pictures of broke and cracked vinyl plank floor and sending email to them then they decided said not lifetime warranty covers to repair it. They advantage our money spend on flooring . They’re dishonest!!

We apologize for any confusion, but we offer a 1 year full installation warranty on lvp flooring. The lifetime warranty that we offer is for installation of carpet. That being said, there is also a product warranty (length varies) that the manufacturer provides if their product doesnt perform to standard. Unfortunately, after reviewing the pictures it was deemed as usage rather than faulty product. We assure you that nothing we did was dishonest. We are not in control of manufacturing warranties. We certainly stand behind our installation warranty as well, but this wasnt an installation issue that suddenly arose 2+ years after. We might be able to help with a chargeable repair if you would like to look into that option? Thanks again for your business.
