    Date of purchase: 09/03/2024 Purchase Amount: $5976.83 Fencing and fence installation were purchase from ****** Home Improvement Store in *******, **. Fence installation was contracted out to Bruin Construction(**** ****) ***************. Fence installation was do very poorly. Fence is not secure at all, with gaps and very loose fence fabric. **** **** arrived to my home unannounced on 10/25/24 to installed my fence. Per ****** agreement, **** was to notify me when he was to arrive and someone over the age of 18 must be present during installation. He never notified me that he would be installing this day. **** never called to have the lines in my yard marked and during the installation he hit a gas line. My neighbors called the fire department because they could smell gas. **** then fled the scene and hit a fire truck while fleeing. I was away from home that day until late in the evening, and unaware that any of this had happened. My gas had been turned off without my knowledge. It was 34 degrees outside that day and my house was getting cold. I notified the gas company and my gas was restored around 3AM. **** returned a few days later and finished my fence, again without my knowledge. I've notified ****** several times regarding this issued and have stated that **** is not allowed on my property. ****** insists that **** must finish the job to my satisfaction. ****** workmanship is very poor, my fence posts are all loose and can be easily moved with a light touch. This fence is not secure at all and I would never leave my pets unattended in it. I would like the fence removed and my money returned.

    Fence was fixed. I never fled seen or hit the fire truck. Not sure where that even came from. I did hit gas line. I called the gas company immediately and they told me to leave as its to dangerous to stay by the leak. I notified neighbor of gas leak and left like I was told to do. Im sorry she felt this way.
