- All sales are final. If you are unhappy with any item, you may return it if all of the following conditions are me. 1) Item must be in new, unopened condition with all original packaging. 2) Returns must be received within 30 days. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. 3) Return shipping costs are the sole responsbiity of the purchaser. 4) Refunds will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account. 5) Before returning item, contact us for return shipping authorization. We cannot accept returns without confirmation of authorization. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Claims for items damaged in shipment must be settled with the shipping company. Reps Design is not liable for damages caused during shipping. No claims for items ordered but not received will be allowed unless reported to our office within 7 days of delivery. If an item is defective prior to first use, Reps Design will replace the item at no charge and we will pay shipping for the replacement item. The defective item must be returned to us using a pre-paid return slip which we will provide. Before returning item, contact us for return shipping authorization.
