On July 28, 2022, the business received a Licensing Order from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(1) (2020); failed to notify DLI when they were found to be a judgment debtor, (Minn. Stat. 326B.805, subd. 5(c) and 326B. 84 (5) (2020)) and failed to satisfy or appeal the civil judgment and pay a supplier for equipment rental fees, demonstrating financial irresponsibility (Minn.Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(9) and 326B.84 (15) (2020)). The business also failed to response to multiple requests for information to DLI (Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(6) and 326B.84 (16)(2020)). Under terms of the Order, the business was assessed a penalty of $5,000.00 and their contractor's license and qualifying builder registration were suspended until the business complies with DLI's request for information, pays the supplier and the penalty.
