Purchased 2010 ***** xc90 on Friday evening 4/5/24 from Big Man Motors located in ********** for $6,100 after short test drive and discussing issues was told that no brake lights just needs a bulb, fob not working due to low battery i was assured by the salesman it was great reliable car I'll have no worries they would install a new battery decided to purchase was asked to leave a grab something to eat to wait for battery installation. I left came back both guys in a hurry and the lot was closing. Paid cash left 5 mins on the road check engine light on called no answer called on 4/6/24 several times no answer left a message business closed on 4/7/24 called 4/8/24 left a message & took to several shops to check the caty, both o2 sensors are bad & no brakes lights are due to bad module, driver seat belt sticks and hard to release. Made contact 4/9/24 spoke with salesman and explained stated he would talk to owner and get back or mail me my plates with a check for compensation with the expensive repairs being needed expressed my plates are valid he stated then a generic thank you letter with the check would be mailed. Car has not started since 4/9/24. On 4/14/24 I posted an interested to sell the vechile the same salesman called me on 4/15/24 I explained who I was he stated that "they have no interest in purchasing the vechile from me or trade in you bought as is and the 1500 off the asking price was for the needed repairs" this was never discussed or agreed upon. I was informed by 2 mechanics that states its highly like that they turned the engine light off.
