    **************** (formerly G&H Property Management) is in the business of collecting application fees, not in renting or treating people with respect. My first interaction with the property manager was over the phone. *** was rude and seemed annoyed in my questions. I felt that for a $75 non-refundable application fee, I deserved to have a fair look at the apartment. When I toured it, I was treated with more of the same disinterest by *** but could now see her looks of disgust when I asked normal renting questions. After the background check was done and they had received the check for my app fee, I was told by her that she would give my information to the owner to decide. I patiently waited a week and a half, at which point she notified me that there was someone else who qualified first and good luck with my search. I was disappointed, but felt there was more to this. I asked why she had said that she was waiting on the owner, not another applicant. She said "Sorry, owner and applicant. You're welcome". It has been two weeks and the apartment is still listed for rent.
