      Firstly, their website claims they're BBB accredited, which they do not seem to be.Secondly, I have never in my life seen a more disastrously scammy and disorganized financial org. Every time you call them they contradict things they told you before. Nobody will ever take action or accountability for this. Nobody has a direct line or a means of calling them back. Sometimes they outright lie to you. And they never, EVER call you back. They say "let me research that for you and call you back" and then you never hear from them again.Their escrow policies are, technically, legal, but they are also custom designed to s**** over customers. They deliberately and knowingly shortchange your escrow the first year, by a LOT in my case, then you can't get off their escrow till it's paid up and they will use this as an excuse to start charging you an extra 2k a year in "buffer". Can you get that buffer back if you get off the escrow? Well, I sure wish I knew. 6 calls and multiple months later, all I can get is a promise that someone, someday, will call **** could go on and on. I've been fighting with them for 6 months with no resolution except that they maintain they have done nothing wrong, and no I can't talk to anybody who knows anything. Also fully half the staff will just talk right over you, and act like you're an idiot no matter how long you've owned property and how much you know.I will be refinancing away from them the moment the interest rates go low enough. An utter disaster of an over-siloed under-trained, under-staffed business.
