    I hired ****** ****** with JR ********************** to replace a roof on our cabin in northern *********. The first summer after the roof was replaced, we reported leaking to ******. He said that he would stop by and take a look at it. The leaking continued and ****** continued to say he would stop over to take a look at it but no action was taken. This is a summer cabin and is used 3 mos. out of the year. I have sent repeated texts and emails and have placed several calls. As recent as one week ago ****** answered his phone and scheduled a time to meet at our cabin to look at the roof. He asked me to have someone get on the roof to take pictures of the gutters to make sure nothing was clogged in the gutters. I ended up sending him those pictures. He set another appt. with me for this past Wednesday morning. I drove from *********** up to the ********* area to meet him and had arranged for our local handyman to meet us as well so he could address the gutter maintenance issues. The gutters have been maintained consistently. Once again, ****** did not show up and he, via text, said he had an issue but would be over to meet us. Once again, he did not show up and is not returning any calls or texts. The roof has leaded since ****** put the new roof on.
