    We have had an account with RadioLink for the 10 years we have lived at our current address. Per their bills, they prefer to pay via Paypal. This is the only bill that we pay this way. It autopays as prepayment for the next year sometime in June. This year the total was $867.00 paid on 6/2/24. In the middle of June, we became aware of another provider in the area and decided to do a 30 day trial to see if the reception was better. We've had numerous service outages with RadioLink but had no other reliable provider. on 7/3/24, we contacted RadioLink and asked for our service to be disconnected. The office manager was combative telling me we were out of luck. That we should make better decisions and that we could not get any refund or pro-rated refund due to their policy. We explained that we had been loyal customers for **************************************************************************************************************************** reviewing the policy, it only references monthly charges and monthly contracts. We notified them on 7/3/24 and want a refund based on that date.

    I work from home. i have radio link as my internet. in may radiolink broke down on a friday and i called in because i need the internet to do my job. they informed me they would call as soon as it was fixed. monday i called again, wed again. so i went to ******* and bought a 5G internet system. the following friday they finally got the internet up. i called and cancelled it. the rude lady said no refund.. i paid a year in advance. they owe me ****** i tried calling ******************************* the owner and left him a message. she calls me.. NO REFUND!!! THEY HAVE NO REASON TO KEEP THE MONEY.. there are other people that have reached out to me that has happened to them

    As soon as you have gone to the ** AG, you have filed a complaint with a legal body, So Radio Link Internet will no longer be speaking with this client through these methods. BBB please close this case as it is no longer in your ability to resolve this issue.
