5 starsHighly recommend PDR! Brad was great to work with. He was always available to answer any questions I had. The crew working on the exterior of my house were very diligent with their work. Would definitely use PDR again!

5 starsPDR was amazing! Our contractor, Sid, worked day and night to get us everything we needed. She walked me through the insurance issues, and handled majority of them herself, and confirmed the house work step by step with me. I felt informed through the entire scope of work. It's not easy to do what PDR does, and I'm thankful we had them as our contracting team! Could not have done it without them!Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling

5 starsI had a very good experience with PDR. It was a little bit of a bumpy ride but, in the end (4/2023), I have a nice room addition both interior and exterior. Once I was in queue for construction actually taking place, ******** and I emailed back and forth a lot. The workers who came into my home were friendly and I thought trustworthy. PDR had a labor snafu in 2022, but that's now resolved and I think the company has carefully reinvented itself. The last thing installed was a new gutter system around the construction area -- and I thought that was really well done. I'm a happy customer.Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling

1 starMy dream bathroom remodel turned into a 15 month nightmare & it isn’t over. I met delightful reps & signed a contract with the understanding that they would begin work in 2/22 and complete in 4/22. Soon after I signed the contract, I received a mailer stating that PDR was offering 0% financing for 2 years or a 10% discount on any project, When I asked about this, I was told that this was a new offer. When I looked on Facebook, it turned out they lied & that offer had been in affect when I signed. They denied me. Soon after the New Year, they brought in new management & many people left the company. After that, everything fell apart, & there was a revolving door of employees. Any conversations I had with previous reps were negated & no one seemed to know what was going on. What ensued was a horrendous display of disorganization, incompetence, poor management, & a lack of communication. Workers showed up whenever they felt like it, often cancelling at the last minute. In Aug, I sent a letter stating that things needed to be finished by Sept 1 or I would seek legal action. They picked up the pace & the last time I saw anyone was September 21, leaving behind large swaths of paint spread across 2 walls outside of the bathroom and a 2 inch gap between the bedroom carpet & the bathroom tile. On the first Friday in Oct, Kurtis called & asked how I liked the project. I expressed my frustration, told him about the problems, & sent pictures of the mess left behind. He emailed the following Mon, stating he was “glad I was so happy with the project and please send us $12,000.” I told him no money would be sent until the project was completed to my satisfaction. I heard nothing for 2 months. My requests were finally addressed by Brian ***** calling me “belligerent and condescending.” He and owner Sean ****** have been unavailable whenever I asked. I found Sean on Facebook promoting QAnon, election denial, etc. Too busy while his company is burning to the ground.Review fromJohn L

5 starsWe had a substantial amount of storm damage and needed a roof and siding. **** from PDR was very accommodating, came to the house several times and communicated directly with our insurance company. The work was completed in a timely manner and by professionals. Quality and timely work and no insurance hassles. What more could you ask for? Thanks again!Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling
