    Wordpress charged my account without any warning on 7/7/2024 for my website when the payment isnt due until August. The same day I sent them a message letting them know to delete my site. No response. On 7/9//2024 I took down the website myself. It did not give me the message that I will be refunded. It is 7/12/2024 and still no response from Wordpress. I cant contact Wordpress because they have zero customer service, only useless online information that doesnt solve the issue. I am not paying for a website and domain name that are not there. I want my money back. I have issued a case with PayPal. I need the ****** dollars back that was charged to my account for nothing.

    I have a wordpress starter site. I upgraded it to ecommerce but didnt need the ecommerce site so i cancelled the purchase. my site was suppose to be restored to the way it was before the purchase and all plug ins that were added removed..well this did not happen and now my site is ruined.they took away my starter site and i can not get it back.. which i paid for.my domain is now gone and using a wordpres domain and all the woocommmerce plug ins are still there and will not delete!i have been waiting days for them to fic the problem with no response
