On June 30, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Commerce. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business owner, Quin Bancalari, demonstrated untrustworthiness by providing false information on an insurance form, a violation of Minn. Stat. 60K.43, subd. 1 (8) (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to pay a civil penalty of $1000.00 and investigative costs of $425 and cease and desist from any further violations of Minn. Stat. Ch. 60K (2020). The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the below link.
