TimeScape exists to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days from the date of purchase by the original client when accompanied with the original sales receipt. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original box with all warranty cards and explanations booklets intact. Sale items, Clearance Sale items, special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are not refundable or exchangeable. Refunds for cash or check purchases will be given by check after 14 business days. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are not returnable and no exchange or refund can be made. All special orders require a 50% non -refundable deposit. A special order included any jewelry, timepiece, watch winder, gemstone or gift item ordered at the client's request.
LAYAWAYS
Most items may be put on layaway for a maximum of 90 days with ta minimum deposit of 25%. There must be monthly payment activity and the item(s) must be paid for in full by the end of the layaway period. Canceled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the remaining balance to be issued as a store credit. Completed layaways are not returnable or exchangeable. - Business Categories
