            Rylee Meek, a principle of American Aging Solutions, previously was the owner of Innovative Energy Solutions, which was sold and changed its name to American Alternative Energy LLC.  American Alternative Energy offered products claiming energy savings, which they were unable to provide substantiation of, on BBB’s request.               Purchased tub in 5/30/18, paid 13,885.00. Was hoping to have a walk in tub to help us in our aging years. Tub jets started leaking last June of 2020. Tried calling American Aging, but no answer to numerous calls. They gave us a lifetime warranty valid as long as we owned tub and assured us they had repair crew or could find a repair person for us. Contacted the maker of the tub. Bliss tubs. They have been trying to help us resolve problem. American Aging doesn't answer their calls either. No one wants to repair our tub if it is not their product and would void warranty if not approved by American. I would rather have tub removed and be reimbursed, so we could put a regular tub/shower back in.

              My *********** purchased a walk in tub from American Aging Solutions for $14,000 in May 2018. We were told by the sales representative (****) that the tub is warranty for life as long as we have the tub. I've been trying to contact American Aging Solutions ever since 2019 & no one bothered to call back or even answer the phone. The tub leaks whenever we try to fill it so I could soak my knees in it after having surgery done. Ever since 2020 the phone number for American Aging Solutions is not a working number. I've contacted the *************** in April of 2022, & the number they gave me, is also not a working number. I'm getting sick & tired of the run around that people are giving me. I want our money back & this stupid piece of c*** taken out so I can figure out what to do next.
