      Echoing concerns provided by Tanya V...service started out decent; however quickly declined when onboarding staff starting being on-site several days a week. We were advised to purchase equipment and service that we later found out was unnecessary. That same technician flaked out and called out at midnight and was never seen by us again. THAT WAS ONE YEAR AGO! (June 2023) We have been trying to get resolution to our concerns with the same results that "we are in a contract". We spoke with a supervisor AND CT attorney in FEBRUARY with a promise to get us a resolution within a week. We have now been ghosted by both of them and are refusing to pay the monthly bill. They had the nerve to reach out via email to threaten to cut off service - GREAT! We haven't used their service since January. It's now in the hands of the only person who has contacted us...their bill collector. Terrible, terrible, terrible
