My wife took the kids to this center and decided to try the place and purchased a membership for a month. She did the purchase right in front of their door to be able to enter with the kids. We realized the center is not well child-proved and there is not enough personnel to stop the risky actions in the center. The only two personnel in the center was checking the entrance door to make sure the customers enter the password before coming in. it means they were assigned to make sure no one comes in without paying and they were not paying attention to the safety of the customers after entering the center. Even though we did not experience any issues ourselves, however, the center is clearly lacking careful management who cares for others kids' safety. The only thing that the centers management perfectly did was to write down almost everywhere that we are not responsible for any issue that happens in the center. So, we decided not to renew the membership after the first month.However, we saw a new membership fee charged to our credit card. I called the center and asked them to cancel the renewal and refund me the charges. They said that renewals are happening automatically and despite my explanation of the situation they refused to refund. The membership process is not designed to ask for customers' approval for autorenewal and charges their card automatically as default. Even though there are sentences in the confirmation email that describes the autorenewal process, this is not the place customers usually refer to. I am afraid that they intentionally take advantage of these types of unwanted membership renewals with the way they put up the system to make an easy cash flow. My impression as a new customer is that the care and honesty of the management of "good times park" are under strong question and I will not use/ recommend their service anymore.
