    I have purchased many computers over the years for my business & personal use. Their computers have always lasted at least 5 years. I think there was 1 exception, it failed after a year and I was able to get a replacement with no issues. I would highly recommend purchasing a refurbished computer from SJ Computers.

    I feel I am being harassed by this "business." Over the past several months I have received repeated messages on my work phone claiming to be in reference to a purchase and offering "cash back" and "extended warranties." I have nothing to do with purchasing for my employer so I've just assumed it was a scam and have been blocking the numbers. Now today I received the same message on my personal number. I believe they found my name and work number through my employers website and now have linked my name to my personal number. Again, I've never purchased anything from them either on behalf of my employer or personally. This is either a scam, or they have inaccurate information and are being ridiculously aggressive in pursuing a supposed customer.

    I ordered a pc from these guys and out of the box it had problems that got fixed only a few, had to call in like 4 replacements two for the monitor, 2 for the pc its self and had to buy a part out of my pocket for it now they wanted me to buy a VGA cable for the monitor as it went out and I'm out of their warranty & before I can even get my refund they need the PC back I don't recommend buying from these scammers.

    I have recently made an order on Amazon with SJ computers. I have to say the item arrived very fast and it was beyond my expectations. This was my first time refurbished purchase and so far everything seems to be working flawlessly. I had a minor issue of wifi not being connected.... called their tech support, and the rep was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue right away. I am very happy with my purchase, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...!!!!

    I purchased a computer from Amazon but I could not get it work properly. A representative or technician that I called worked with me for hours but we were not able to get it going so he told me to return it.
    This person went far a beyond to help and offered to send another one. I'm waiting for my refund from Amazon before I purchase another one.
    I want to share how kind, patient and understanding this technician/representative was with me over the phone. I live in Washington state and have some computer skills but not at their level. For me they do not feel like they are scamming anyone and it felt like they really cared about the products they sell. Great customer service.

    This business should be put out of business. The have terrible customer service. I paid for a computer package from them $342.39. I still do need t have my package or my money. Amazon is no better. It did not take days for them to take my money. But they want me to now sit and wait for my money back from Amazon. Them nor Amazon care for customer. They have not done anything they should do for a customer when they have treated them so bad. I will be putting this all over the World Wide Web. People need to know that this company and Amazon should be not used. They do nothing for there customers at all.

    Came exactly as described. Very well packaged. Everything worked. They even provided a Wi-Fi dongle and keyboard and mouse were new. Great company.

    Send defective computer and don’t care. Purchase two computers and not even a month not even having both they shut down on me . Company refuse to refund me called Amazon and I had a hard time getting help. I feel as though this Company owe me for what I have experienced

    Worst part first - The male who I spoke to at SJ Computers would NOT tell me his name . When I pressed him to tell meT name, he said "Russel". TWO minutes later he referred to ME as "Russel". I then told him I knew his name was not Russel, and I demanded he tell me what his name was. He would not tell me. I demanded to speak to his supervisor. He would not let me speak to anyone else. Does THIS tell you anything about the type of company I'm dealing with?
    I bought a defective laptop from them on Ebay last year. They replaced the defective laptop with another defective laptop. I have proof that this laptop was covered with a one year warranty by Allstate, but Allstate says the warranty has been cancelled, and "Russel" won't do anything to help me get the warranty active. Instead, he sat on the phone with me and lied repeatedly. 5 minutes into the conversation he still did not know my name, order information, anything. I had to demand that he retrieve my information so he actually knew I was a real customer.
    I can't believe ANY of this. I have never had this type of experience in the WORST of my purchases over the years. The individual who lied to me about his name and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else was working at SJ Computers at 4pm CST on 4/12/2023.
    I will continue to pursue this mater until SJ Computers stops lying to me and helps me reinstate my 1 year warranty with Allstate.
    Worst experience I have ever had with a U.S. based company.

    Extended warranties are sold through 3rd Party companies, such as Allstate, Asurion, Square Trade, etc. on the various Marketplaces *********************** etc.). We, as a third party seller, do not have any access to extended warranty information. We cannot even see if one was purchased or not. As we only sell the hardware, those marketplaces do not show us another 3rd party seller's sales date. As we cannot even see if a warranty exists, we have no way of cancelling it on someone else's behalf, nor would we ever do such a thing. I would suggest contacting the online marketplace and demanding they hold Allstate to the contractual warranty you purchased through them. My apologies for the inconvenience.

    Where in this reply do you address you telling me your name was "******" when I asked for your name? Where in this reply does it address the fact that you wouldn't let me speak to anyone else, that you wouldn't provide me a name of someone else to speak with? I told you on the phone that you had just lied to me after you referred to ME as "******", and you immediately changed the subject. How can anything you've said in this response be believed when that's how you treated me, the customer, on the telephone? YOU, and your company that sells junk laptops to people ARE at fault here. I will continue to pursue this with the Better Business Bureau and in small claims court if needed, until you resolve this issue with me. Why would I cancel my own insurance policy that came with the product itself and didn't cost me a dime? Do you have an answer for any of this, "******"?
