    I called to book 4 tickets on The Great Pumpkin train excursion. I called to ask some general question prior to booking. During that called I was advised to book the dome car, as it included 2 drinks per passenger. When we boarded the train, we were told they stopped doing that this year, to call ******************************* was October 20th of 2023.********************* wouldnt return my phone calls, obviously he didnt care about our experience or misleading customers to shell out an additional $20 a ticket. We spent an additional $60 (4 tickets at $20 each). When booking they said that it was basically the same price as general seating, just included the drinks. We did not bring anything to drink and had to pay additional money for drinks, including water, on the train ride. When I finally got ahold of ****, he was unapologetic and refused to offer any kind of compensation for the misinformation, which lead us to spend an additional $60.We would not have chosen to purchase these tickets if we were told correct information. We would like our $60 refunded as we were mislead, lied to and the business did not honor their mistake.Thank you.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    It has been 9 business days since they claimed to have mailed a check and I have not received anything from North Shore Scenic Railroad.
