    Emphatic 0 star review. Honestly, if I could give negative stars, I would. Points North offered a service to automate certified payroll reporting for my company. After numerous initial phone calls with the General Manager of Points North and my internal team, we were informed that Points North would be able to meet all of our requirements for Certified Payroll reporting. We exchanged information for days/weeks as needed and never once were we told that we would need additional customization to have the system work correctly after they had all of our information and asked all of their questions. After signing on with Points North, we were assigned an implementation team. The Project Manager leading this implementation from Points North was constantly ill prepared, late to meetings, and overall, very unhelpful throughout the process. We had a go live date of early July with our Points North team but were unable to meet this date due to their systems lack of capabilities. Upon multiple weeks of setting meetings with the Points North team to discuss in more detail, it was then determined that we would need customized reporting to complete our implementation the way I had described from the beginning. With this new revelation, Points North said they could still complete our implementation process if we paid for the additional custom reporting of $2,500 + monthly installments. At this point, I asked to end our partnership and asked what could possibly be refunded as a result of the over promise on the software and under-delivery. I was told that nothing was refundable and that we would need to pay for the entirety of the first years' service if we wished to end our implementation. So i am writing this review to make sure everyone knows that Points North is not a good choice for a Certified Payroll reporting software. This is not only a poorly run company from my personal experience, but a highly over promised and under delivered product that everyone should be wary of.
