    I gave ***** $12,000 in May as down-payment for a roof to begin in June. It is now January and I don't have the roof or my $12,000. He no longer answers calls or replies to my texts/emails.I posted a negative ****** review in November and suddenly ***** became responsive to communication! He asked that I take down the review and he'd have my deposit returned in 2 weeks. Once 2 weeks was up he didn't respond to ************ again. I gave him 3 more weeks for good measure, but still nothing.He's adamant that he didn't steal my money. This delusion may help him sleep at night, but keeps me awake.

    The materials where delayed. I communicated with client. And schedule the roof.  Now he wants a refund , I need to figure out how to return the special order materials. Which are paid for. 
    he did not want the roof done in the winter so , I told him I can do first thing in the spring, with a discount for the wait.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I have been ignored and/or lied to every step of the way since last May.  I would need to see evidence that the materials were even ever ordered to consider.  I have no trust in anything he has to say, or that he would even show up next spring if that were agreed to.
