5 starsParis Painting did an excellent job on the exterior of our home several years ago so when we needed some interior painting done, we called them. Again, they did an excellent job. 5 starsThis is our second painting project with Paris Painting. The first was painting the exterior. Based on that positive experience we decided to have them paint a difficult interior stairwell that required repairs to the lathe and plaster.
From beginning to end ... from quote to billing ... our experience continues to be outstanding. Their sales literature says that they strive to bring professionalism into the process, and they have really succeeded at that. No pressure sales, a work crew that really cares about quality (and they work hard), a sincere effort to deliver customer satisfaction, and good communication were all very appreciated on our end. We did have a couple of issues to resolve along the way, and the way the whole organization worked with us was actually quite remarkable. 5 starsThe entire process from the estimate to the final inspection was very professional. The crew did an outstanding job painting all the outside trim and replacing around 70 soffit vents on our home. Jonathan, our project manager, kept us well informed during the process. 5 starsWe recently painted and repaired the exterior of our midcentury stucco home. Paris painting excelled not only in the quality of their workmanship but their professionalism as well. workman, Toby was the first of to come. He did an excellent job as did all the painters. We especially appreciated the project manager Jonathon and his assistant who stayed in touch before, during, and after work was completed. 5 starsParis Painting handled our project from start to finish with professionalism and GREAT communication. Leading up to the start, the home office kept us informed to some delays due to the weather. Once the project started, Jonathan ********, the project manager, gave us daily updates of the progress and status. He too was great to deal with, professional and very thorough.
We needed some repair work to deal with rot on a door frame and a couple windows. One of the guys on the crew was a skilled carpenter and did a great job, making this effort a seamless part of the entire project.
