This is a home painting contract which was initiated on 3/30/21. The scope involved several areas of external trim on the house and detached garage, caulk replacement, powerwashing the home. Also overhead garage trim, Garage entry door on right side soffits and fascia on detached garage, replacement of missing caulk, scraping and sanding to remove all loose and peeling paint, spot priming. Work began in March 2021 and in keeping with the contract the owner paid the initial deposit of $334 at the beginning of the project. Unfortunately no work was completed beyond the initial work, despite numerous promises from the company that they would be on site to continue the work on various days, none of these promises were kept and not further work was completed. The owner had also asked for addition trim painting beyond the original scope and received additional costs for that work from the contractor to which the owner agreed ($467). The total project cost was $1127. There was no action on that work either.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 15652151, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was contacted by the business and they state they will complete the work.
