Monday April 1st 2024 around 10:30am I went to see ****** (the store Manager) to get my nails done for the 3rd time at De Paris Nails located at ************************************************. ****** did my nail previously 2-3 weeks ago and when she did she had an attitude, filed extremely too hard and did not give me the desired shape I asked for. Today She had me soak my nails but this time instead of waiting the normal amount of time she used the electric drill to file the powder off after 5 minutes of soaking. She had me repeat that process 2 more times. On the 3rd time I did tell her the drill was hurting my nail bed and she made my natural nails too thin. She did not apologize or say a word. I told her I wanted the same exact style as last time just blue and red instead of white color. She said okay. As she was applying the dip powder on my nails I noticed they looked nothing like last time. You could see the white part of my nails where the red color should have been, I politely asked her to fill it in and she said they style I wanted could not be done with dip powder. Even though she did the exact style a couple weeks ago with powder. She said she would have to charge me extra and use gel. I got home and I sat down on the soft bed and my nail broke. I realized all of my nails were extremely thin and bent with the slightest amount of pressure. This has never happened when I got dip powder before. I called to tell ****** what had happened. she insisted that i was lying and said its my fault. I could do whatever I want with my nails but I would have to pay for it. She said my nails were strong and couldn't break she said my nail must have been broken when i first got there... But she did my nails and if they were broke before then she wouldn't even have been able to do them. She admitted that she spent two hours on a style she didn't know how to do and she should have stopped and it wasn't her best work. But refused to give me a refund or fix my nails.
