"Terrible experience with a car salesman lying through his teeth about service performed on a Chrysler certified pre owned vehicle. Was really interested in this Pacifica on there lot for my daughter and when talking with salesman he confirmed to me an 80,000 mile service was just done which included a new timing belt asper Chrysler recommend service on this particular vehicle Daughter drove 200 miles the next day to come purchase this vehicle as we felt comfortable buying this one as factory warranty had already expired." ... "Service department has zero communication with their customers. To the extent when they absolutely have to communicate with their customers, they lie about technicians actually working on vehicles most of your inspections are pencil whipped just look at your service ticket." ... Read full review
