Worst possible business ever.. quoted my wife $125 to unlock her car then entered his info on my wifes Venmo and paid himself $385.. Talked to his wife and she agreed to $125+$85 service fee which was fine, said the refund was coming but never got the $175 back and neither one of them will answer me now.. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

All the other reviews are true on here, total scammers. Wont ever give a quote, lied about price and ran my care for $485 without my permission. I only had the miss ******* of dealing with these unprofessional people because a key kiosk near me with a local number is not correct and redirected to this scammers who never tell you anything. The women who answer are horrible and play stupid. ******. Thankfully the kiosk company reached out to me and fixed this. However rapidlock ***** never resolved this or returned my many phone calls. I was lied to multiple times and hung up on.

I called to ask for a estimate for a residential lock out, after learning a neighbor was quoted $120 and charged $485 by the technician onsite. When I called, the dispatcher told me she could not give me a quote, and asked if the technician could call me back with the price, and I agreed. The technician called and said he couldn't locate my address, I told him I hadn't requested he come out at all, I was simply trying to get an estimate. He told me $120 and to have a beautiful day and hung up on me. He then called back FIVE times and hung on me. The sixth time he sang one b**tch, two b**tch, three b**tch, four into the phone and hung up. I called the dispatcher back and she said I had wasted his time. I told her that I never once asked for anyone to come out, I asked for pricing. She said I was lying and that she had a recording of me. I told her that I had recorded the call as well, which I did after what happened to my neighbor. She hung up on me. These people should have their business license revoked and I plan on filing on filing a complaint with the city, county and state. They are ridiculous.

Called for a lockout the door between my house and garage was locked with the keys inside. It was a Thursday around 3 PM. He was able to open the door, but broke the lock in the process. He then wanted to sell me a new lock, I said I would replace the lock myself. Then he charged me $485. The going rate per ****** for an emergency lockout should be $100-200, not almost $500. They should have disclosed the cost up front. I later had a male friend call to ask how much it was to unlock a door like this and the *** said he couldnt tell until he was there but it could be 100 or $200.

Price gouging scammers. They raise the price if you seem desperate. They charge more than double the market rate.

Worst experience with a company ever! I was stranded at my in-laws house for 5 days. On the first day I was quoted for 265 to have someone come out and get me a replacement key fob for my car. He comes out it doesn't work and he says he will comeback in an hour never does (He ends up saying later he was robbed at gunpoint and all his stuff was taken, which I know was a lie because his story didn't match up with what he previously told me). I call and get an appointment for the next day nobody comes because they are too busy apparently. After many calls someone comes out the next day cant get it to work now i learn its gonna be 300 plus a 120 dollar service fee. I say fine but I'm not happy about it and I am desperate. He charges me the 120 for coming out and says it will be minused from the charge the next day. The next day i text him he says now its 400 plus the 120 service fee that he said would be waived. I still didn't have my car fob and if i would have just gone to the dealership in the first place it would have been cheaper. Finally after many calls and broken promises from the guy, someone finally gets out 5 days later and isn't able to get it to work. I ask for my 120 dollar service fee back since I never received the service promised and he said someone will call me. Of course I heard someone will call me back so many times and no-one ever did. I end up calling them and they said they would call back etc... I call them again the next day and they said they have no record of me and then hung up and blocked my number. I ended up having to tow my car to a dealership get a new key and battery because the guy apparently fried my recently new battery trying to get the key fob to work. There is soo much more to this crazy story, but I am going to run out of characters. 5 day of dealing with the most unprofessional company ever and I end up worse off then when I called them 5 days previously. I was robbed and scammed. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

I appreciate your feedback, but I'd like to address some important points that may clarify your experience. Firstly, your review does not provide any specific information about the interactions you had with our technicians. This makes it difficult to confirm the accuracy of your claims, especially considering the serious situation our technician faced when he was robbed at gunpointa life-threatening experience that no one would fabricate.
It's essential to understand that our technicians often work with valuable tools, making them potential targets for theft. This reality can affect their availability and the timing of appointments.
Moreover, I assure you that our team strives to provide the best service possible, and I regret that your experience fell short. Its disheartening to hear about your frustrations, and I want to ensure we address any unresolved issues, including your request for a refund. If you could provide more details about your situation, we would be more than willing to investigate further.

DO NOT GO HERE! This company is a total scam. The most pathetic, scummest business I've ever dealt with. They are a minnesota company who came to ************ (SD does not require anyone to have locksmith license) They prey on vulnerable, young, and uneducated people. They refused to give me a quote, this man in beat clothes showed up to my house in his own vehicle and started unlocking my car before I came outside and before he could tell me the price. It took him 10 minutes to unlock my vehicle with a door stick. He even asked for me to help him. Then he claimed he had to call someone to know how much to charge me. He turned around, bent over, and put 380$ into his hand held card machine. I was appauled. I told him I will be contacting his business and dispute charge because it was clear he was scamming me. I called and got hung up on. There is no managment at this business, and as you can ****** tell, all of "management" is under very diverse and out of country names. ********. These people claim to have the best prices in the area! Ya right. Your company is sad. Stealing and scamming people during and uprise in inflation??? 380 can feed my entire family for a month. get a real job guys, maybe even a degree.

Called to get a key made for SUV. Had lost one and damaged the other key. When tech arrived he said he could do the key. After more than an hour and several attempts he finally said he could not make a key that works. Suggested I go to a dealer. I ended up with a blank key and a $606.05 bill and all that was accomplished was he straightened the damaged key so it would work a little better. Biggest ripoff I have ever seen. Had to drive miles to dealer to get key made. Please do not use this service for anything.*************************
