    On 05/16/2024, we sent Mr. ********************** a photo of the 4 peaks we wanted resided requesting a final estimate. They responded "The peaks would cost between $1050 and $1200 for labor to complete plus misc. materials. Let us know if you would like to move forward." and with the amount of siding needed, which was 55 pieces. We ordered the siding and confirmed on 05/23/2024 that 06/10/2024 would work for the install. On 05/30/2024, we confirmed we had the materials to proceed with the install. The installer came out at 11:00 AM and completed work by 4:00 PM on 06/10/2024 and immediately stated the job was underestimated in hours and supplies. He completed one peak and requested that we reschedule for the other two peaks. When we mentioned there were 4 peaks, he stated if you want the other one added to request it but we reiterated the 4th peak was part of the original estimate. We paid $699 for the one peak and no extra materials were charged. The cost was already more than 1/2 the original highest estimate. Om 06/26/2024, the installer came out and completed the 2nd peak and we paid $730.25 for this peak with no extra materials added to the cost. We sent the company an email to explain why the cost did not match to the estimate on 06/26/2024 but haven't received a response. We also sent them an email on the 4th peak after the 1st peak was completed and responded they are researching but haven't responded to this email either. I feel this was a bait and switch process this company used on me and they have no intention of completing or responding to the overcharge or the unfinished job.

I am making arrangements to come out and speak in person about this to find a solution. Please give us a call at ************, I called earlier and left a voicemail to schedule the visit.  We will not leave this open. We care about our customers.
