    The owner is a lair and provides false information to customers. He inspected my home false claims of mice in addict, new roof was installed 11/2023, **** can not tell the difference between mice dropping & particle board Instructed a bonding jumping wire needs to be installed on hot water heater, that was inspected by state inspector 12/11/2023 they day before ****'s inspection - false information **** stripped my screws in main electrical box - he also claimed many issues with electrical wiring which are false. I had a licensed electrical to my home 12/18/2023 to address all the safety issues, there was nothing major, all minor.**** false home inspection report cost me the sale of my home and i would like him to pay for the damage he caused in my home.I called him to address his lies and misrepresentation and damage to my home, he had has no empathy and no concerns about his lies about ************ heater recommendation. I would not rate his company even one star. As a home owner hire licensed ********************** for home inspections, because in the end that is ****'s final recommendation because he is neither
