            I have my dryer under GE warranty. Bell appliance accepted this as a 3rd party to fix and never called or showed up as scheduled. I called GE appliance and made complaints and left 3 voicemails for Bell appliance requesting a call for when service would be provided. GE appliance also sent them a reminder on the 29th and told me if I did not have a call from them by the following day to call customer relations to make a compliant. I did this and am now scheduled with a different company for the repairs. I received a **** in the mail today for services that were NEVER provided and on top of that, it states I am out of warranty which is indeed incorrect as my warranty does not expire until August. Such a fraud. how do they claim they "lint in blower wheel, cleaned out rollers and blower test ok, out of warranty" when they never entered my house.

            Bell Appliance received our dishwasher through company warranty replacement. They were not a company we chose to work with. **** was to deliver and install the replacement appliance. It took at least two dozen phone calls, emails, text messages for them to respond. Ourselves, the manufacture, company we bought the appliance from, and another repair company all attempted to contact them with no success. **** finally replied to a text message weeks later for us to come pick up and appliance. **** had us meet at a gas station to pick up the appliance. Did not offer to install or compensation for installment, even though the manufacture contracted with **** to install if for us. Zero company communication. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Zero Stars.
