              I'm being told by my insurance company and my oncologist that my insurance is being denied because of me supposedly having monumental general insurance which I've never applied for and whenever I seek information or telephone number to alert them of my issue I'm unable to get any kind of information about them and it's causing problems with my medical treatment getting covered cause of it showing monumental general insurance is my primary care holder but I've never applied for anything like this I truly need help and find out if this is an fraudulent company.

              I recently found out this company has been taken money out of my account since 2017, which is disaster mortgage coverage. I paid off my mortgage in 2017, which they been decided to start taking money out of my account without my knowledge until this month I reached out to this company for my refund. I sent them the necessary paperwork from the mortgage company stating I paid it off. They sent me an email stating, I would be refunded my money to the account on file within 2 to 3 business days which I have not yet to receive after calling the company today theyre going to tell me it was cross messaging when the email initially stated it would be refunded, not a payment that is in dispute a refund that would be returned to me documentation beats conversation. I have the emails in detail I dont like getting the runaround and these companies should not have the right to take money out of your account without permission, which was never given.
