Refund and Exchange Policy
 
Items must be returned within 30 days no exceptions. No returns on used or installed parts. Items Must be returned in their original packaging and new condition.
-No returns on gasket sets or manuals that have had the original plastic opened.
-No returns on Special Order Items or Whole Good. For examples please see below.
-There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, 10% restocking fee if correct item is reordered and no restocking fee if it is our own shipping error.
-Shipping cost is the customers responsibility for incorrect orders and warranty returns, unless it is our error.
-All orders returned MUST HAVE AN RA#(return authorization number) and a copy of the invoice. Items that are returned without an RA# and a copy of the invoice will be handled at our discretion and possibly refused and sent back to the customer.
-Refused or returned shipments to any location other than Pat's Small Engine without permission from Pat's Small Engine is subject to any fees and shipping charges associated with the return. 
Any item/s that are altered in any way will void warranty and may not be returned for credit.
-If you need to return an item please email [email protected] or call us for proper item return instructions.

Special order items and whole goods:
Items that are considered Special Order (items that are not normally stocked) are non-returnable. Special orders must be purchased prior to shipment. Cancelled special orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

Items that are considered Whole goods (engines, transmissions, short blocks, mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, hydro pumps, gear boxes, seat jacks, etc) are non-returnable. Cancelled Whole Goods orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
