    Warning to potential customers!! Completely dissatisfied with the Stauer jewelry products. Purchased many men's rings and the stones continue to fall out/become lost. Stauer offers only a 30-day return policy. After that expires we were offered a $50 credit towards another purchase. Being totally dissatisfied with our previous purchases through the years we declined the offer but am now out $149.00 for a ring that we will need to throw away! Very disappointed!! Do not do business with this company unless you like being taken advantge of. Sad business practice.

    I made an unsuspecting purchase only to be spammed by incessant emails forevermore by their aggressive marketing tactics. I tried multiple times to request removal, but this only emboldened their efforts. Ultimately, I put a filter on this sender to route all email to spam; exactly where it belongs!

    This company prays on the elderly and scams them out of their needed limited funds. While my mother was working to pay off medical bills they continued to call her and demand additional purchases. When my mom tried to explain that she was on limited funds and didn’t need more product the high pressure sales person said she had the perfect ring and would give her a great discount so that she could buy more product. She told my mom she had to purchase something because of her “Platinum Membership.” This company should be ashamed of themselves and epically the platinum account manager, Jeannie ***** who can be reached at extension ****

    Company sent item to wrong address twice and didn't even notify me that the item had been returned to them. Like many things in life ... too good to be true. Very disappointed. Hopefully others won't be taken in. I'm still waiting for my refund.

    Scammers. They take your money and never send the product. Calls to customer service are excuse after excuse. Then they stop answering the phone.

    Horrible customer service and deceptive practices re billing. Would never purchase from them again. Sadly they have taken over Viva Terra which used to be a great comp.

    My husband bought me the most beautiful blue diamond pendant. After a few days, I cleaned it with a jewlers cloth. Every part of the pendant, except the center blue diamond. BTW, there were no cleaning instructions in the description or with the pendant. When I called Stauers the young man was really obnoxious and said that everyone knew to clean this pendant with toothpaste and toothbrush. I was still under warrenty so they had me send mine back and they replaced it with a pendant equally as dark s the first one had become. Eventually we went through 3 replacements before we agreed that I would return my order and they would credit my account with the $300+ that my husband had spent on this miserable penant.
    My husband, a few holidays later, gave Stauers a second chance. He bought me an amethst set with necklace, earrings and a bracellent. Within a week of daily wearing the bracelet just fell apart.
    It seemed the Thread or any other material they might have used just broke from the clasps. They replaced the bracelet but their tone was one of not believing it broke on its own, and implied I had broken it. Well, you do know that some of their jewelry is gold plated. So was the clasp of the bracelet. Well the gold plated clasp is now silver looking. All of the gold plate has rubbed off. So, now, when I get anything from stauers, it goes straight into the garbage.

According to our records your item was purchased 12/13/2023.  It is outside of our return policy.  Gold plated jewelry does need to be handled with care.  You would want to be sure to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, remove jewelry before swimming or showing.  ****** care can prolong its lifespan.     Stauer ripped me off. I bought a watch , it didn't work so sent it for replacement. They claimed I owe $900 for a purchase I didn' make, kept my watch and no refund or replacement. I am retired and on a pension and hey do this? That is fraud.
