Refund and Exchange Policy
1. If the school/individual wishes to cancel, it must be done in writing. After this is done, upon cancellation, the school/individual will be entitled to a refund on the following basis alone:
a. cancellations received 90 days or more prior to the departure date: entitled to a refund of deposits less the initial deposit, any prepaid attraction payments, and cancellation charges issued by hotels, transportation companies, and all other retailers.
b. cancellations received 89 - 75 days prior to the departure date: entitled to a refund of deposits less the initial deposit, a $25.00 per person administrative fee, any prepaid attraction payments, and cancellation charges issued by hotels, transportation companies, and all other retailers.
c. cancellations received 74 - 61 days prior to the departure date: entitled to a refund of deposits less the initial deposit, a $50.00 per person
administrative fee, any prepaid attraction payments, and cancellation charges issued by hotels, transportation companies, and all other retailers.
d. all cancellations received 60 days or less prior to departure date will receive NO refunds.
