On May 19, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business acted or claimed to be a residential building contractor, remodeler or residential roofer and performed or offered to perform the services of a plumbing contractor in Minnesota without being licensed by DLI. Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from acting or claiming to be a residential building contractor, remodeler or residential roofer in Minnesota until they are in compliance with Minn. Stat. 326B.801 - 326B.825 (2020) and licensed under Minn. Stat. 326B.805 and 326B.81 (2020). The business also agreed to cease and desist from acting or claiming to be a plumbing contractor until all required licenses, insurance and bonding are obtained. The business agreed to pay $1,000.00 of a $10,000.00 penalty, with the balance stayed on the condition the business complies with the terms of the Order and has no further violations of any law, rule or Order under DLI authority.
