            They had claimed to have plowed my driveway on two separate occasions when they did not plow. The first time, 12/1/22, they finally showed up two days later after promising to send a crew each day. On 1/27/22 they also texted to say my driveway had been plowed, when they plowed my neighbor's instead who does not use their service. I have filed three complaints via their customer service email/text as it is known that this company does not answer their phone during business hours and their voicemail box is full. No one has responded to me and it is 1/31/22, I have had to drive on my driveway multiple times, and in doing so it has turned to solid ice. I paid $437.66 for them to do same-day plow service for 1.5" of snow, and they typically show up 8 hours later the next day, if they show up at all.

            They offer a service to clean gutter guards, but their terms state that they wont remove gutter guards. This is pretty standard since the end caps of the gutter guards are usually just lifted to conduct cleaning inside by blowing air or water in. Green Horizons came out, did not clean inside of the gutters at all - they leaf blew some loose leaves off of my roof for 5 minutes (and lied about working on my place for 20 minutes - they sat in the truck a majority of the time). You cant clean gutters that are covered on all sides without at least opening them. They could have advised the job wasnt doable and left. I requested a refund and they declined. Horrible customer service, no business ethics, and they took my money for a service that absolutely was NOT performed. I have not been impressed with their past lawn care services either. You can find better for the same/less money.
