              I recently purchased a new Glock 19 Gen 5. It was supposed to include 3x15-round magazines, but it only had 1x15 and 2x10-round mags when it arrived. When I contacted customer service, they apologized for the mix-up and immediately sent the two mags I was missing. They told me to keep the other mags that came with the gun. No muss, no fuss. Excellent customer service. I will definitely continue to do business with Guns.com.

              Guns.com is very easy to use they ship fast with no hassle. Just give them the FFL and they take care of the rest. Great selection always changing with pretty fair prices overall. Very nice quality Firearms.

              I have ordered a long gun and ammo from GUNS.COM. Both times I have not had any issues with the process. The delivery was as promised for the long gun, with the usual paperwork that had to be signed at my local gun dealer. If I had an issue with anything, I was fortunate enough to get connected with one of GUNS.COM service reps who handled that matter IMMEDIATELY! GUNS.COM has a customer forever

              Guns.com was efficient in packing and shipping my firearm to my chosen FFL dealer. It arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I expected and ordered. They are a little pricier than my local dealer. I still feel they did a good job.

              Every transaction that I’ve had with this merchant has been flawless!! Prices are very competitive and they usually are the lowest cost. With questions that I may have had always get answered and usually in 24 hours. Can’t really say enough great things about Guns.com that’s why I’ll let my buying do the talking. They have a customer for life in me..
