On June 20, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.805, subds. 1 and 3 and 326B.84 (16) (2022). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from acting or claiming to be a residential building contractor, remodeler or residential roofer in Minnesota until they are properly licensed. The business also agreed to comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any law, rule or order under DLI authority with the monetary penalty stayed.
