            I placed an order on the Celebrate Faith website the evening of April 21st 2021. I left a telephone message that evening because I had a question. The following day, April 22nd 2021, I place an additional order on their website. This is a total of three personalized Bibles with just the name as the personalization. I paid for expedited shipping on all items for a total of approximately $687.00. The charges went through my credit card almost immediately. I understand that with personalization the shipping can take five days according to the website and on my email order confirmations. It has now been almost ten days and Celebrate Faith has not responded to three emails and three phone calls. I am merely inquiring if there is any issue with my order and are they on track to ship per their promised timelines especially since I paid very high expedited shipping fees. I have not received a response & I am very concerned as these are gifts from my 90 yr. old mother, 2sisters for Mother' Day.

            I ordered a bible with a custom name inscription for the cover. They got it wrong. I have sent three emails requesting the correction. I'm experiencing what others are, no response. Tried ***** the 888 number and 763 number... "no one is available" and it hangs up. So, no way to leave a message, no response to the customer care email.Don't make my mistake by purchasing from this company. It seems the only thing they are truly good at is running the credit card transaction through.
