  I was quoted at 4 hours to move after giving specific details of what our move entailed. The move took OVER six hours to complete and they had to leave behind my bicycle because the truck was too small. I was told I was being provided boxes to hang my clothes. Only one box had a hanger, the rest I had to stack clothes in the boxes. Upon delivery, clothes looked as if they were tossed all over the back of the truck and many hangers were broken into pieces. Multiple boxes looked crushed. I also paid for an up charged television protection which I was told included boxing the televisions. Neither tv was boxed, only covered with blankets. While the crew were very nice guys, being asked “if I have an iPhone charger” came off as very unprofessional especially when they already were 45 min past our reservation limit of 3pm, a time they had confirmed on multiple occasions they would be done prior to. I understand there were a lot of things to be moved, however, there was nothing of surprise. Compound all this with being charged over $500 than quoted, I don’t think I will be using AAA again. This was very disappointing after my pleasant coordination with Tiffany and reading all your reviews. My rating for this move feels generous.

  Very impressed with AAA movers. We had a local move (about 5 miles) for a family of 4 with a lot of stuff. The process from start to finish working with AAA was great. The original quote was higher than the actual cost for the move which was great (no surprises). Great communication along the way. They had a crew of 3 very hard working guys who arrived on time. They were very experienced and efficient with moving different types of items and packing the truck to maximize space and minimize any shifting/damage. Very impressed with the care they took of our items, the house we moved from and into our new home to not damage either property. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. Great value and high quality movers.

  Do not use this company! This is a bait and switch operation they came in with a low quote. They promised that I would have a crew of three movers. They showed up with two movers. They took eight hours longer than was quoted. They damaged my furniture, and items were stolen.
  They offered to pay me pennies for their negligence, theft and criminal business practices.

  Hello ************, My apologies for your poor moving experience with our team. Your moving team showing up with one man short is unacceptable and should have been remedied immediately. I am looking into how this happened and reimburse you additionally for the move overage. Your current compensation so far totals $360.50 We took 6.5 hours longer on your move as it was originally quoted for 4.5 hours.We damage two piece of furniture, your couch and a dresser. The couch damage we accepted and reimbursed you your require amount for compensation. The dresser damage, we can not confirm that our team cause that damage. As for the accusation of theft we all of our team members are background check for before they are hired. Any past history of theft, no matter how small, immediately deny the applicant of employment for our company. We've had our team check every inch of the moving truck for the unopen amazon box.

  This company was directly involved in the damage and loss of my property. In addition to that they inflated the invoice by understanding and reduced their operating costs at my expense. They reimbursed a fraction of the monetary value. AAA movers fails to be accountable for their actions. This is not a reputable business. They hire full time employees to refute negative reports on line instead of servicing customers properly this is a disreputable business.

  Our experience with AAA movers was rated one star for good cause. I own a solar company in the cities and deal with customers daily. if we have any issues, we are on top of it and finding a way to make the customer experience a positive one. AAA movers damaged a lot of items when moving us from the Mist to Prior Lake.
  They had packed the truck so poorly that everything shifted, breaking a number of things and their offer of $** to repair or replace was an insult. They "lost" our brand new outdoor swing ($***+), destroyed our grill, etc. The guys they sent over for our move complained about how they shouldn't have stayed up all night drinking, not getting to bed until 5:00 AM, and only getting a few hours of sleep (why share this with us I don't know??)
  The guys argued with each other non-stop, making the whole experience uncomfortable for both my wife and I. I am 65 years old, with heart disease, leukemia, and have a lot of pain issues. when it was clear that they were useless, I had to get involved and help unload the truck as well as help them carry heavy items into our home.
  They charged us extra hours for 3 guys that complained about how tired they were the entire time. It took them from 9:00 AM until 10:30 PM (with 4 hours of me helping). AAA movers could care less about the customer and regardless of my protestations, they wouldn't reduce the hours nor compensate us for over $***** in actual damages (receipts of purchases were included but did not affect their decision).

  Our time with AAA Movers was a very stressful experience. We reached out to help declutter and move things to a storage unit and in our garage. When the original crew arrived, they said they could not complete the work, because the house was cluttered. We were not obviously listened to. We felt judged. They wanted us to pay a cancellation fee when AAA movers was the one who clearly booked the wrong people to come. Then when we rescheduled with a crew who could do what we originally asked, we were told that we would not incur a cancellation fee. We woke up to $848 taken out of our bank account without asking our preferred payment method. That fee was refunded, but it took several days for the payment to get reversed. When the movers did show up, we went through items that should go and items that should stay. They packed things that should have stayed. Unpacking of items that should have stayed and repacking was necessary by both the crew during their time on the job and me for an extended period of time after they left. Finding the essential items that should have remained in the house was made exponentially more difficult because they decided not to label the boxes. During the packing, several members of the group stopped packing and played basketball with our basketball and hoop. After they left, we found a trail of random belongings dropped throughout our yard and walkway lights knocked over. In the end our house was decluttered, but the entire process was met with stress from a consistent level of unprofessionalism and incompetence.

  AVOID AAA MOVERS AT ALL COSTS.
  
  Wow, what a terrible experience.
  
  When working on our quote, which took awhile, I emphasized multiple times we were moving two people together for the first time: my partner and I. I went through everything, two TVs, three desks, etc. She told me box count doesn't change the quote much because they're so easy for the movers to bring down. I clarified are you sure because again, we are putting two apartments into one. She even labeled the move as a 4 bedroom. She also knew where we were moving—apartment to apartment. She knew the floors, all of it.
  
  And then she quoted us $1,000 and ~5 hours.
  
  I expected it to be higher, but within the ballpark as she was the expert and I made it clear what was happening. Perhaps around $1,500.
  
  Our total was over $2,200. It was 10 hours.
  
  This created issues not only financially but both of our buildings were then stuck with us moving far later than our plan. We're lucky we weren't told to move our truck.
  
  Over the next month, we have had an impossible time contacting anyone, being passed from voicemail to voicemail. We were not asking for a full refund, yet a partial to a reasonable amount as originally quoted. I get an email today that oh, they closed our claim and thanks for your business.
  
  I held off on the review hoping they may actually make an effort to rectify the situation, which was apparently not worth it.
  
  Avoid avoid avoid AAA Movers if you're not drowning in money and can be surprised with a quote more than doubling.
