  COMPANY SENT POISON. Ordered miconazole nitrate 2%. Labels different from what I ordered. Powder all over inside of packaging. Hands started burning, then tongue started tingling. Calling poison control. What the h*** did you send me? DONT PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY.

  Do not buy online from THEONLINEDRUGSTORE. HORRIBLE! They sent the wrong item, & stated that they hoped I would be happy with it, & that it would work for me. When I tried to find out how to return for a refund, I get different answers from different people. Very confusing. They will not provide a return label either & expect me to pay for their error. THEY SHOULD HAVE CANCELED THE ***** IF THEY DID NOT HAVE IT. I do not trust them to refund even if I were to return it.

  Described three pack vitamins only got one bottle. Did through ******** Terrible company. Deceptive. Then wanted me to wait all day from morning till night to pick up the one bottle for a refund. Ridiculous. Never but through ******* this company. Was listed as pro seller but they are not. They are pro deceptive and terrible to deal with over their mistakes

  Terrible business!! Stay away. I ordered $75 worth of goods - 4 oz of essential oil and a package of diapers. I paid for *** Ground shipping at checkout, as the **** does not deliver here. I checked their shipping policy before ordering, paid the extra for ************** and wrote a specific note, letting them know it must go Ground. Of course, it did not. The items are being returned to them, because it went not Ground, but probably Surepost or other cheaper service that has the **** doing the "last leg". The ** sent it back of course. I asked for a refund that incuded the Ground Shipping, but all I have received is an email giving me the tracking numbers. I am sure that I will need to fight for my refund, and I gurantee I will never get a refund for the bogus Ground shipping charge of $14.31 for items for weighed less than 2 lbs.This business is tone deaf and apparently, does not read, either. If a customer pays for *** Ground, as per their shipping menu, that item should be shipped *** Ground. I receive packages here nearly every day - this is a small business - a farm - and I don't have a problem, as I do my legwork ahead to ensure ************** is available. Just a bad business all round. Avoid the hassle, ripoff and shop elsewhere.

  I will not buy from here again. I ordered a tube of ***** on January 12th 2023. It said it would be shipped in a day. When I got the notice that was shipped on the 13th it sounded promising. Then I got another message stating that it would be delivered by the 24th. Come on now, shipping should not be that slow. Ok, 24th gets here, still no package. It's now the 28th of January and still waiting. I was trying to find a place online to purchase some of my medical supplies buy it will not be from here.

  I would rate lower if I could. Received opened and used item. Returned and then was penalized for their mistake by receiving a refund for less than half of the original price. I was told this was for a 'restocking fee', however, I was not the one who made an error here in sending a USED product in the first place. This was not about a dollar amount but about the fact that they could not honor their own mistake in sending a NEW product or a full refund. Clearly this company does not care about their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THE ONLINE DRUGSTORE!
