On January 8, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. § 326B.47, subd. 1(b) (2022). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to ensure that employees performing plumbing work in Minnesota are directly supervised by a licensed journeyworker or master plumber, who is a W-2 employee or owner of the business. The fine of $2,500.00 was stayed on the condition that the business has no future violations of any law, rule or Order under DLI authority.
