    Very rude and unknowledgeable about there products say one thing and it never happens Lost a veterans monument for a yr and the mother had to go up and find it in their stones told another customer they would be down to engrave his fathers death date on in 30 days its bin a yr and they still havent shown up. Always the customers faults if something goes wrong not a good way to run a business

    Scammed me out of a $3400.00 memorial stone. I paid in full and then they did not want to use art work I agreed upon. So they asked for different art work. I was upset and art work I found was missing the letter "M" They did not call me before they engraved it and then stuck it in the snow so I wouldn't see it. Every three weeks I went in for 5 months, asking politely when they could add the missing letter. They told me... "oh our artist is busy... he is on vacation... he is to busy with other projects. ...This went on for 5 months.The one office manager shut the door in my face so he would not answer me. The other guy sent me a email saying .. yes the second art was missing the letter "M"But even he did not email me or text me or leave a voicemail saying... hey this second art is wrong. He went ahead and engraved the stone anyway.So now I am out a stone and $3400 And I believe the Office people and their artist are discriminating against me for my religion because I have Pagen art work on the stone and that's why they never want to fix my stone. And I believe they are violating my 1st amendment right as well. Wish you all the best if you decide to use them.

    ****, We greatly appreciate your business and have completed your monument and custom artwork as we told you we would. I am sorry you feel the way you do. When working with custom artwork we always want to use the best photo as possible and that is why we contacted you to let you know that the original artwork you provided was not going to work. You came in and met with one of our staff and together picked out artwork that was much better. We diamond etched the artwork onto the stone and had it ready to install. When you stopped by to view the completed stone you realized a letter was missing from your artwork and we told you that we would be happy to have our artist hand etch the item and we would also add another emblem on the other side to balance your artwork at no additional cost to you. We did need to wait until after Memorial Day 2023 to get this done as there were many orders requiring custom artwork. We told you that we would get it completed as soon as our artist's schedule allowed.

    Don't do business with these liars! It is taking them over two years to just add the death date to my uncles father *****! The only reason why they had the template of the missing letter done is because I demanded my money back. These people are rude AF TOO
