    I purchased King Falcon Pro WiFi extender for our RV in order to have a strong Internet signal while camping. I paid $1000 (hardware and installation costs combined) but I cannot connect to the Internet after MANY attempts and resets. I followed King's instruction to the tee but it would always give me the error of not being able to connect to the Wifi max ******** I emailed their the King corporation 4 times via their help address and didn't receive a single response. I called several times to the headquarters in ** and their voicemail is always full for their technical support. King Connect's website is conveniently "under maintenance" so I have no way of speaking with technical support to try and find out a solution. I spent alot of money and this product and service should work. Having no way of connecting with ANYONE is suspicious and a failure for this company. I just need help to try and resolve this so my family and I can benefit from the device we purchased, or get a replacement unit, or receive compensation for a product that does not work!

    We purchased a King Dome satellite which was installed in our newly purchased RV in June 2025. Within 6 weeks orbit working and wont connect to the satellite. We have left numerous messages on the companys voice mail without a reply. Now their inbox is full and their website no longer working. We expect a full refund of all monies spent for a piece of equipment that doesnt work from a company who obviously doesnt care about customer support.

    I bought my RV with the King WI-FI Max ******** have also bought and installed a directional range extender from King.1. The directional range extender has never worked and there is no software written or updated to allow for the range extender to be configured because it is not written for my or any current operating system.2. Because there has been no apparent effort to keep the firmware/software updated for interoperability and functionality, there has also been a significant and documented cybersecurity vulnerability in their operating system that has not been patched, mitigated, or responded to. This vulnerability is documented here and represents a significant privacy risk to any user of this product. **************************************************************************************

    Good afternoon,

    The only communication we have with this customer is dated back to 8/3/2023. It was stated the customer was having issues with the ****************** Falcon Android app. We have updated the app since then and it is currently up on the android store. The new version of the app is now functioning properly. This issue has already been resolved.

    If the customer has updated the app and continues to have issues they should be contacting KING Customer support for help and/or possible warranty/refund options. As noted above, our last communication with the customer was on 8/3/2023. Last known attempt at communication by the customer was  8/21/2023.
