              Hi- last month I applied for an apartment at one of their properties, Timberland Heights’s in Rochester Mn, it was $150 for apartment hold/ deposit and $50 application fee. I got denied. I’ve yet to receive my apartment/deposit hold back. It was taken out of my credit card **************** on June 24th. it is now July 29th. (I also did a complaint with the actual apartment because I wasn’t sure which one would get my stuff resolved faster but please help me get back my 150 on my card before I get anymore interest charged.

              My daughter has lived here for a little over a year. Somehow the whole apartments utility bill was put in her name and management has been rude, nasty and less than helpful in getting this corrected. They credited her rent at one point for money she spent on the bill before she knew what was happening and now she has collections calling her about an unpaid bill. I have photos of ice built up on the inside of her doors and windows and black mold because of it!

              I am sorry, but this complaint did not come to me before today. Is there a way to find out who the daughter is so I can try to help the customer? We want to be able to assist, but we have over ****** residents, so I need help in trying to identify who we are talking about.
