    We purchased a large playset/clubhouse/lemonade stand on 4/18/21 for installation on 6/4/21. I was notified the day before install that the clubhouse/lemonade stand was on backorder and would be installed when it arrived. I was told on June 17th that is would be about a month. I also notified them that I was missing a ship swing as a regular swing was installed in error. I was informed by Amanda that this would be swapped out when they came back to add the clubhouse. On 8/9, after not hearing a word from them, I contacted them again to advise I was still waiting for the clubhouse and the month backorder had now turned into 9 weeks. She told me it the new estimate is the beginning of September. Again....crickets. No communication from them. I contacted them again on 9/14 and was told they were still waiting for this from the warehouse. At this point I asked to have them swap out the correct swing as I was losing my patience. I then heard a day later they would do that. The installer contacted me at 8pm and said since it was dark, they would leave the swing on my front stoop to install myself. Um no....I told him to come back in the daylight to do it himself please, which he ended up doing in the dark just fine. So today is Oct. 5, 2021. It's been 5 1/2 months since we paid 15K for a playset that is still not complete. But I see all over facebook pages that these playhouses are getting installed elsewhere, just not in my backyard. It's frustrating. I should not have to keep hounding them. They have not reached out once to update me. Seriously, if I could turn back time, I would have spent this kind of money on a company that actually fulfills their orders and gives good customer service.
